Job summary

GP Solution in Riyadh is seeking a Global Head of Engineering to drive technical leadership for a growing portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects. The role focuses on electrical engineering, power systems, grid integration and technology strategy across solar, wind, BESS and hybrid plants.

The CTO will lead specialist engineers through the full project lifecycle—from bidding and basic engineering to commissioning and handover—ensuring robust, grid-compliant and commercially viable

Qualifications

• 20+ years in electrical engineering, power systems or renewable energy leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership across renewable energy engineering and technology strategy.
• Lead engineering standards, design philosophies and risk mitigation across EPC projects.
• Oversee grid connection studies and compliance with international grid codes.
• Lead commissioning, testing and handover across large-scale projects.
