Müller’s Solutions is seeking a Senior BCM Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Business Continuity Management program in Saudi Arabia. You will implement the BCM framework, policy, BIA, risk assessments, recovery strategies, and BCPs while aligning with ISO 22301:2019 and the 2024 amendment.

You will run governance, workshops, and awareness sessions, with a focus on performance reporting and management engagement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant BCM experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BCM frameworks, policies, and BC plans.
• Strong hands-on experience in BIA, BCM risk assessments, BCM strategy, and BCM exercises.
• Proven facilitation and stakeholder workshop skills; executive-level reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301:2019, ISO 22313, and 2024 amendment; GCC/ Saudi Arabia experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the BCM framework development, governance, and lifecycle.
• Develop BCM policy, objectives, and review requirements.
• Plan and facilitate BCM workshops with business units and stakeholders.
• Lead BIA to identify critical activities, dependencies, and recovery objectives.
• Conduct Business Continuity Risk Assessments and identify treatment actions.
• Develop BCM strategy, recovery options, and resource requirements.
• Develop, review, and validate BC Plans; activation, escalation, and return-to-normal activities.
• Create BCM templates, tools, and documentation.
• Deliver BCM awareness sessions and management reports.
• Lead BCM exercises, simulations, and exercise reports.
• Monitor progress with corrective actions and continuous improvement.
