Job summary

Inbox Business Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior BCM Consultant to lead business continuity workstreams for a regulated telecommunications client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The engagement includes refreshing the mature BCM program, validating the BIA methodology, and aligning governance with CST regulations and ISO 22301.

You will run BIA sessions, develop sector-level BCPs, and coordinate with sector heads and BC coordinators to ensure practical plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6–8 years of BCM experience with end-to-end BIAs and BCPs.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in regulated telecommunications or critical infrastructure in KSA.
• Familiarity with CST BCM Regulations and ISO standards (22301, 22313, 22317).
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIA sessions and validation workshops with sector representatives.
• Develop sector-level BCPs with activation and escalation protocols.
• Align BCM documentation to CST regulations and ISO 22301.
• Update crisis management and IT disaster recovery templates for consistency.
• Design and facilitate BCM training and tabletop exercises.
