Job summary

A global ServiceNow consultancy in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior specialist to lead delivery of BCM and Operational Resilience for enterprise clients. You will design platform solutions from continuity requirements and drive resilient outcomes.

Lead workshops with risk, continuity, IT and operations teams, guiding configuration across BCM, IRM/GRC and related modules with a focus on testing resilience and ensuring client success. Willingness to relocate is required.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow BCM or Operational Resilience.
• Strong grounding in business continuity: BIA, BCP, DR and crisis management.
• Exposure to ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
• Open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow BCM and Operational Resilience implementations.
• Turn continuity and resilience requirements into platform design.
• Run workshops with risk, continuity, IT and operations teams.
• Guide configuration and delivery across BCM, IRM/GRC and related modules.
• Advise clients on impact analysis, continuity planning and resilience testing.
