Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking a Senior BCM Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Business Continuity Management arrangements, aligned with ISO 22301:2019. The role covers policy, BIA, risk assessments, continuity strategies, and BCPs, with emphasis on governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Continuity, Risk Management, Emergency Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant BCM experience.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing BCM frameworks, policies, and BCM plans.
• Hands-on in BIA, BCM Risk Assessment, BCM Strategy, BCM Plans, exercises, and workshops.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports and presenting to senior management.
• Knowledge of ISO 22301:2019, ISO 22313, and the 2024 amendment to ISO 22301.
• Experience in complex, multi-department organizations.
• Saudi Arabia or GCC experience preferred.
• BCM certifications CBCI, MBCI or equivalent preferred.
• ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the BCM Framework, policy, governance, scope, lifecycle, and reporting.
• Lead BIA, risk assessments, and recovery objectives.
• Create BCM strategy with resource needs and dependencies.
• Develop, review, and validate BCPs covering activation, communication, and recovery.
• Deliver BCM templates, tools and supporting documentation.
• Run BCM awareness sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Present deliverables to management and incorporate feedback.
• Design annual BCM Exercise and Simulation Programme; facilitate exercises.
• Prepare BCM Monitoring and Performance Reports and track actions.
