Job summary

Michael Page (UAE) is seeking a senior real estate investment leader to originate and manage opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will build a robust network among families, developers, asset owners, and capital providers while executing transactions from sourcing to closing.

Ideal candidate brings 8+ years of KSA real estate investment experience, institutional underwriting capabilities, and a proven track record of closing land, JVs, and development deals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of real estate investment experience within the KSA market.
• Proven network across families, developers, asset owners, and local capital providers.
• Strong underwriting capabilities aligned with institutional standards (fund structuring, due diligence).
• Track record of sourcing and closing transactions across land, JVs, and development-related deals.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead origination and sourcing of real estate transactions across KSA, including land opportunities, JVs, dry-fund deals, and partnerships with developers and master developers.
• Build and leverage an established network of families, corporates, developers, asset owners, and capital providers in the Kingdom.
• Underwrite and analyze new opportunities using institutional-grade investment processes, including fund-level structuring and due diligence.
• Support asset management activities for existing real estate holdings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
• Drive transaction execution from sourcing through closing.
