Job summary

ARIS is seeking a Senior Solution Architect (PreSales) in Saudi Arabia to guide strategic opportunities in the MENA region. You will partner with customers to understand business goals and demonstrate BPM capabilities across our ARIS platform.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with C-level stakeholders, deliver PoCs, and support RFP responses while staying current with BPM trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales experience across complex technology deals.
• Able to present technology solutions to executive stakeholders, focusing on business impact.
• Hands-on experience with ARIS BPM or similar tools.
• Strong architecture knowledge to answer questions on product design, security, and integration.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to map customer challenges to BPM solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and client collaboration.
• Stay current with BPM trends, tools, and methodologies.
• Business fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a passionate advocate for BPM.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams through the customer journey.
• Engage in C-level discussions to articulate value of BPM solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor on BPM best practices and implementations.
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of capabilities.

• Develop industry-specific showcases to highlight effectiveness.
• Collaborate with product teams to align feedback with enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Contribute to sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Participate in events to promote BPM solutions and gather insights.
