Job summary

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to lead construction activities in Mecca. The role requires overseeing the project from tender to execution, coordinating with authorities, contractors, and design teams to keep the program on track.

You will review drawings, BOQ, and tender files, supervise subcontractors across MEP, internal, and civil works, and ensure compliance with local codes. A bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Design and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or civil design with technical background.
• Extensive experience leading construction sites and coordinating multiple trades.
• Strong command of English; Arabic language is a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Take full leadership over the construction site from tender through implementation.
• Review detailed drawings, BOQ, As-built drawings and tender files.
• Direct supervision of subcontractors across MEP, interior and civil works.
• Ensure compliance with current legislation and codes; coordinate with authorities.
