Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
• 8–10 years of relevant architectural engineering experience.
• Proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market and SBC/civil defense compliance.
• Portfolio showcasing architectural design and review experience in Saudi projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead architectural design concepts and construction documents.
• Review and validate designs, drawings, specs, and submissions for code compliance.
• Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Prepare and manage BIM/Revit models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct design reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure compliance with SBC and Civil Defense requirements; support approvals.
• Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve issues.
