Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy – Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Architectural Engineer to lead architectural design, perform technical reviews, and coordinate BIM/Revit across building and infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The role emphasizes compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.

The candidate should have 8-10 years of relevant experience, a strong design background, and proven experience in the Saudi market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
8-10 years of relevant experience in architectural engineering.
Proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
Portfolio showcasing design and review experience within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead architectural design concepts, design development, and construction documentation.
Review and validate designs, drawings, specs, and submissions for code compliance.
Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
Prepare and manage BIM/Revit models throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct design reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
Ensure SBC, municipality regulations, and Civil Defense compliance.
Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and technical proposals.
Support authority submissions and approval processes.
Provide technical guidance during construction and resolve design issues.
