Job summary

CLEAR Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Architectural Engineer to oversee architectural works on construction projects in Riyadh. You will ensure activities align with drawings, specs, and schedules while coordinating with contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, conducting site inspections, managing QA/QC, and preparing inspection requests and progress reports to support project handover and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Architecture.
• 7–10 years of site supervision experience on complex construction projects.
• Experience across commercial, residential, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishes, and material specs.
• Familiarity with local and international codes; professional registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor architectural site works for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Coordinate architectural activities with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and quality.
• Identify construction issues and provide technical solutions to maintain progress.
• Monitor contractor performance and adherence to schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Prepare inspection requests, snag lists, and monitor close-out activities.
• Review completed works before consultant/client inspections.
• Participate in project meetings and provide progress reports.
