Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Forward Deployed) to directly collaborate with public sector clients and rapidly build full-stack AI applications that address critical challenges for citizens.

You will lead the technical strategy, architect production-grade ecosystems, and guide secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across global environments. This is a foundational role with mentorship and cross-functional leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent deep industry experience in architecting complex, distributed systems.
• 10+ years of full-stack experience with Python, Node.js and React across scalable architectures.
• Proven track record designing production-grade ecosystems with Kubernetes and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead technical strategist for public sector engagements, turning requirements into robust roadmaps.
• Architect frameworks for production-grade AI applications and integrate UI, backend, and models at scale.
• Guide cloud infrastructure evolution for security, global scalability, and long-term integrity.
