Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Deployment Strategists — Strategic Builders who are customer-facing advisors, defining AI strategy and shaping agentic solutions for enterprise customers. You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy AI solutions and drive measurable adoption and value.

Lead end-to-end engagements across Identify, Commit, Deploy, and Consume stages, coordinating with engineering and product teams to deliver value and ensure customer success in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required
• Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
• Working knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
• Proven ability to lead complex engagements end-to-end
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices
• Strong project and programme management skills
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
• Business level proficiency in Arabic and English
• CS degree or related field

Responsibilities

• Full Lifecycle Ownership: Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle — Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume.
• AI Strategy & Architecture: Define the customer's Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops.
• Deployment Oversight & Program Management: Manage engagement delivery, timelines, risk, and reporting.
• Adoption & Consumption: Own adoption metrics and drive measurable value realization.
• Delivery Team Coordination: Align strategy with technical execution with Forward Deployed Engineers.
• AI-Supported Development: Develop real customer solutions using AI tools.
• Customer Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary customer-facing contact with senior stakeholders.
• AI Readiness: Assess readiness for AI adoption and guide change management.
• Product Feedback Loop: Translate field insights into product roadmap feedback.
