Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll lead technical delivery, mentor a team, and set engineering standards for production deployments within the Agentforce platform.

You’ll collaborate with Deployment Strategists, influence product roadmaps, and drive fast, impactful delivery while maintaining responsible AI practices across data pipelines and multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems.
Degree in Computer Science or a related field; strong programming capabilities in at least Python, JS/TS, Java, or Apex.
Experience integrating LLMs in production and familiarity with enterprise AI tooling.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers from architecture to production handoff.
Mentor engineers, review code, and establish engineering standards for agentic AI deployments.
Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to translate customer challenges into shippable AI features.
Design data lifecycles, model readiness, and integration patterns across enterprise platforms.
