Job summary

Salesforce is hiring Deployment Strategists - Strategic Builders who define AI strategy, shape agentic solutions, and drive adoption for enterprise customers. You will work in a delivery team with Forward Deployed Engineers, translating complex business challenges into actionable AI deployments that go live and deliver real value.

Engagements are time-bound (typically 12 weeks or less) and may span one or multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, delivery leadership or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Prior customer-facing delivery experience is required (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
• Understanding of the Salesforce platform and Data Cloud and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the full value lifecycle: Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume.
• Define and roadmap the customer's Agentic AI strategy and architecture; run workshops and design sessions.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics within the engagement.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with execution.
• Develop customer solutions using AI tools and drive business value.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and present outcomes in business terms.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management to maximise benefits.
• Provide product feedback to influence the Agentic AI platform roadmap.
