Job summary
Keenfinity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Senior Applications Engineer/Field Sales Engineer to serve as a technical sales expert and applications specialist for Electro Voice and Dynacord. You will combine deep technical knowledge with consultative selling to drive regional growth, manage relationships with consultants and distributors, and support sales through project delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Audio Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in professional audio, AV system design, application engineering, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of loudspeaker systems, amplifiers, DSP, and installed sound solutions.
- Experience with Electro-VOICE and Dynacord products preferred.
- Knowledge of IP audio networking: Dante and AES67.
- Experience with acoustic simulation/design tools (EASE family, SONICUE).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for system drawings and docs.
- Hands-on with SMAART and SysTune for measurement and tuning.
- Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, multicast.
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience commissioning large-scale installed/live sound systems.
- Strong project management and system integration capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and customer-facing skills.
- Experience building relationships with consultants, integrators, distributors in pro audio.
- Familiarity with Middle East and Africa market dynamics; willing to travel regionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide application engineering and technical support for Electro-VOICE and Dynacord across MEA.
- Design and review professional audio systems including loudspeakers, DSP, and IP networking; prepare BOMs and proposals.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training/workshops.
- Perform system tuning, measurement, optimization, and troubleshooting with SMAART/SysTune.
- Support business development through technical input, market feedback, and industry events.
