Job summary

SITE سايت is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide technical and operational support for business applications, ensuring availability and reliability. You will handle incidents, monitor performance, and coordinate with development and IT teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CS/IT/Networking and at least 4 years of experience in application support or related IT services. This is a project-based role with medical insurance benefits for you and your family.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in application support, application operations, or related IT services.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for business applications and related services.
Monitor application availability, performance, and operational status.
Investigate and resolve application incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
Troubleshoot application errors, integration issues, and user-reported problems.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams when required.
Support application releases, updates, patches, and configuration changes.
Maintain application documentation, incident records, and knowledge articles.
Escalate complex or unresolved application issues while ensuring proper follow-up.
