Job summary

SITE سايت is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support, ensuring reliable operation of IT systems and services in a project-based environment in Riyadh. The role focuses on incident resolution, user support, and system troubleshooting in line with SLAs and policy.

Responsibilities include assisting with hardware/software issues, user account management, asset documentation, and escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, help desk, service desk, or technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
• Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests through ticketing systems within agreed SLAs.
• Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot operating systems, office applications, email, and collaboration tools.
• Support user account management, including access provisioning, password resets, and permission changes.
• Assist in maintaining IT assets, inventory records, and documentation.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate technical teams while ensuring proper follow-up.
