Job summary

Cisco in Riyadh is seeking a senior pre-sales engineer to orchestrate solutions across networking, security, cloud, and AI. You will translate complex business goals into robust architectures and serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end technical strategy, delivering value proofs, and shaping Cisco product direction with customer feedback. This is a hybrid full-time role with substantial impact on enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a pre-sales engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Significant technical experience in at least two of: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration.
• Substantial experience delivering technical presentations to internal partners or external customers.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full power of the Cisco portfolio to design and deliver transformative technical outcomes that align with our customers' strategic business goals.
• Architect comprehensive, multi-architecture solutions across networking, security, cloud, and AI to build the resilient platforms necessary for customer digital success.
• Lead end-to-end technical strategy and customized proofs-of-value to demonstrate the art of the possible and solve our customers' most critical technical challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders, providing expert guidance on navigating the complexities of modern IT and emerging AI opportunities.
• Influence the future of Cisco products by serving as a critical feedback loop between our customers and our internal engineering and product development teams.
