Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions with proven success as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Salesforce certifications such as CTA, System Architect, or Application Architect.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, converting them into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Design comprehensive technical solutions, including data models, integration strategies, and custom development.
- Provide expert mentorship and guidance to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to standards, best practices, and performance optimisation.
- Oversee configuration and implementation of Salesforce components (custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules).
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to boost performance and user experience.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and industry trends, leveraging new features to drive innovation.
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
