Job summary

Deloitte Development LLC in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to lead AI and automation initiatives across risk, governance and performance management. You will design, build and deploy AI-driven solutions, build data pipelines, and ensure compliant, secure AI practices in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The role emphasizes backlog creation, leadership of analysts, and delivering dashboards and executive summaries while aligning with PDPL, NIST and security governance

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in AI, data science or related fields.
• Strong Python and shipping ML/LLM solutions to production.
• Experience with ML/LLM frameworks and retrieval-augmented (RAG) solutions.
• Experience on cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and APIs.
• Data engineering skills: SQL, pandas, data pipelines.
• Knowledge of secure and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with cybersecurity, GRC or risk domains.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and map high-volume tasks across risk, governance and performance management.
• Build a backlog of AI and automation use cases with value estimates.
• Design, build and deploy AI/automation solutions across platforms.
• Develop data pipelines and integrate with security tools and BI (Power BI).
• Ensure safe AI use, data protection and governance across solutions.
