Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end authoring of comprehensive technical and financial proposals for complex government RFPs.
• Direct cross-functional consulting squads in high-impact strategic projects.
• Translate national visions into actionable ROI-driven data maturity frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional consulting squads in the delivery of high-impact strategic projects.
• Own Current State Evaluations, Data Maturity Assessments, TOM, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Act as primary on-site anchor for project steering committees and senior stakeholders.
