Job summary

Deloitte Development LLC in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Consultant – Senior Manager to lead Cyber Operate and Security Architecture initiatives. You will define reference architectures, perform threat modelling, and drive secure design across projects.

The role requires deep knowledge of IAM, cloud security, zero trust, and NIST/CCDC frameworks, with English proficiency and leadership in large-scale IT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Hands-on depth in at least two of: identity and access, network security, cloud security, app security.
• Knowledge of NCA ECC, CCC, DCC, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Clear written and verbal English.
• SABSA or TOGAF training or practice.
• Zero trust design experience (NIST SP 800-207).
• Experience in large digital, hospitality, smart-city or critical-infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain cybersecurity reference architecture, design principles and reusable security patterns.
• Lead threat modelling for critical systems and produce review reports with conditions.
• Design controls for identity, network segmentation, encryption and cloud security posture.
• Embed security into SDLC and DevSecOps with engineering and AppSec teams.
