Job summary

Synechron is seeking a senior Solution Architect in Riyadh to design robust, scalable enterprise solutions with a strong Java and AI focus. You will drive architecture decisions, lead teams, and ensure cloud-first implementation using AWS services while aligning with TOGAF principles.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in software and enterprise architecture, deep Java and Spring experience, and proficiency in AI/ML integration and modern frontend frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• AWS Solution Architect Certification (Associate or Professional).
• TOGAF Certification is preferred.
• 15+ years of extensive software development and enterprise architecture experience.
• Extensive experience with Java, Spring, and React/Angular for frontend.
• Experience aligning technology strategies with business objectives.
• Strong SDLC knowledge and security awareness.
• Hands-on AWS cloud services architecture and implementation.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven leadership of large-scale enterprise projects and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions using Java, Spring, and modern frontend tech.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align architecture.
• Lead architectural reviews and guide development teams.
• Drive SDLC best practices and governance across projects.
• Define infrastructure and networking architectures for scalable apps.
• Leverage AWS to build secure, cost-effective cloud solutions.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise architectures.
• Evaluate AI frameworks and models for NLP, analytics, and automation.
• Define TOGAF-aligned enterprise architecture and future-proof roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security protocols.
