BrainLake Advertising LLC seeks a Senior Advisor to be embedded on-site in Riyadh, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Retail. This hands-on advisory role targets a former senior executive or consultant with large-scale customer operations experience to bring immediate credibility to a newly formed leadership team.

• Former senior executive or consultant with large-scale customer operations experience.
• Experience shaping operating models across front-office, back-office and regional teams.
• Proven track record leading transformation programs including CRM and digital channels.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and stand up a new retail function.

Mansioni

• Advise the SVP Retail and act as a trusted senior advisor during stand-up.
• Shape the Target Operating Model across front-office, back-office, and regional teams.
• Strengthen customer operations including onboarding, payments, collections, and channels.
• Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, including CRM, digital migration, and systems integration.
• Embed governance, SLAs, handoffs, escalations, KPIs, and service quality controls.
• Share external best practices from prior leadership roles in customer operations.
• Support organizational readiness through change management and stakeholder alignment.
