The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, plus experience in fashion/e-commerce. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve seller challenges and foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Background in fashion and marketplace/e-commerce.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Confident in managing demanding stakeholders and commercial relationships.
• Ambitious, proactive, and relationship-oriented.
• Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Namshi, or fashion brand e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with Tier-A fashion sellers.
• Lead onboarding and support successful integration into the marketplace.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and manage seller needs.
• Collaborate with Planning and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve seller challenges while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
• Support seller performance and long-term growth on the platform.
