Job summary

Specialized Security Services in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead O&M projects across Security and ELV systems. You will oversee KPIs, SLAs, and ensure schedule and budget adherence, while coordinating with engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality security solutions.

The role requires 5-7 years in Project Management within O&M, with knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, VMS, and networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
PMP certification is preferred.
ITIL certification or certifications related to Operation & Maintenance and Services Management are considered an additional advantage.
Specialized courses or certifications in ELV / Security Systems are preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and monitor preventive and corrective O&M plans and schedules, and follow up on work orders, service requests, and breakdowns until closure within the specified timeframe.
Supervise the operation and maintenance of Security Systems and ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, VMS, Perimeter Security, and Networks.
Manage engineering and technical teams, allocate tasks and resources, and monitor performance and training requirements.
Review work orders, technical reports, and maintenance reports; prepare and monitor KPIs and SLAs and submit them to management and the client.
Follow up on project requirements for spare parts, tools, and equipment, and coordinate with Procurement, Warehouses, Suppliers, and Contractors.
Monitor the project scope, budget, costs, and execution quality, ensuring compliance with the contract, quality requirements, occupational health, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with the client, conduct regular meetings, and follow up on comments, requirements, and corrective actions.
Manage project documents and records, monitor risks and operational issues, and elevate them to management with appropriate recommendations and solutions.
