Job summary

H&P is seeking a Security Manager for KSA & Bahrain to lead day-to-day security operations across the Dammam Base, Bahrain Camp, stack yards, housing compounds, and other sites. You will supervise security personnel, contractors, and programs to safeguard assets and people.

The role requires extensive experience in security management, oversight of CCTV and access control systems, and collaboration with local teams to deliver robust protection across borders.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience in security management or government security agency/military with critical infrastructure focus.
• Experience with threat assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Experience with security policies and procedures.
• Experience with Duty of Care operations.
• Experience with physical security principles and operations.
• Experience with security systems.
• Experience managing and implementing technical projects.
• Experience with video surveillance, detection and recording systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage security personnel, activities and contractors supporting H&P initiatives across KSA and Bahrain.
• Oversee CCTV, access control and other physical security systems.
• Ensure security programs protect H&P assets in field locations.
• Coordinate with local H&P personnel to provide necessary security support to stakeholders.
