Candidates should have Saudi nationality, a high school diploma or security qualification, and relevant security experience. Strong observation and communication skills are essential, with first aid or CCTV training considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, beaches, pools, parking areas and public spaces.

• Respond to emergencies, accidents, disturbances and lost-property cases.
• Prepare daily security and incident reports.
• Support crowd control during events and peak times.
• Assist with fire, evacuation, first aid and emergency procedures.
• Maintain professional communication with guests.

Job Description

To protect guests, employees, resort property, and facilities. The Security Officer will monitor the resort, control access, respond to incidents, and support a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, beaches, pools, parking areas, and public spaces.
• Check visitor, employee, contractor, and vehicle access.
• Operate CCTV and report suspicious activity or safety concerns.
• Respond quickly to emergencies, accidents, disturbances, and lost-property cases.
• Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
• Support crowd control during events and busy periods.
• Assist with fire, evacuation, first aid, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain professional and helpful communication with guests.
• Coordinate with police, civil defense, medical teams, and other authorities when required.
• Follow resort security policies and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Desired Skill & Expertise

• Saudi national.
• High school diploma or relevant security qualification.
• Previous security, military, police, airport, hotel, or facility experience.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
• Basic computer and report-writing skills.
