Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Jeddah is seeking a Risk Administrator to identify, record and mitigate risks across our resort operations, ensuring the safety of guests, staff and assets.

You will maintain risk registers, support safety inspections, keep permits and insurance documents up to date, and coordinate with Security, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Health and Safety, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in risk administration, safety, compliance, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work with multiple departments.
• Good attention to detail and follow-up.
• English language required; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain risk registers, incident reports, inspection records, and related documents.
• Assist with regular safety and risk inspections across the resort.
• Record accidents, near misses, hazards, and corrective actions.
• Follow up with departments to ensure agreed actions are completed.
• Support emergency drills, safety meetings, and risk awareness activities.
• Check that permits, certificates, and insurance documents are up to date.
• Prepare simple risk reports and summaries for management.
• Keep risk policies, procedures, and forms organized and updated.
• Coordinate with Security, Maintenance, Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
• Report urgent safety concerns to the Risk Manager or Resort Management.
