Abroad Work is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a seasonal position in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee all restaurant operations, manage staff, handle inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Fluency in English and Malayalam is required; Arabic is a plus. You must lead the team, ensure food safety compliance, and work with POS systems and MS Office. Visa and accommodation are the employee's responsibility; salary is 1,300 USD per month.

Qualifications

• Must be Malayalee with previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Excellent communication in English and Malayalam; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a team.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Must have visa and accommodation in Jizan.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Train new employees on company standards and expectations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met at all times.
