Job summary

Almarai is seeking a QA lead to manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in seafood production, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safe operation.

The role requires a Bachelor in dairy/food tech and 2–5 years experience, with hands-on ISO and HACCP duties, GMP audits, and active collaboration with department managers.

Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred; strong communication and proactive corrective actions are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in dairy / food technology or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in a Quality role.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 22000 quality standards.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a self-directing, multi-functional quality team in seafood production.
• Ensure ISO9000/ISO22000 compliance and improve production efficiency safely.
• Lead HACCP activities and GMP audits; conduct risk assessments.
• Collaborate with department managers on corrective actions.
• Perform plant inspections and verify new equipment trials.
