Job summary

Eram Talent seeks a proactive IT Administrative Analyst to support daily administration, reliability, and continuity of digital systems, user devices, and classroom technology within a school environment.

You will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable smooth academic and administrative activities through robust IT operations and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of IT support, systems administration, or digital operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting laptops and end-user devices.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, SIS, LMS, or similar platforms.
• Experience with audio-visual equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support core digital platforms including SIS, LMS, Google Workspace, and communication platforms.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access per security policies.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, escalate as needed.
• Configure, deploy, and support school-owned devices (laptops, iPads, peripherals).
• Coordinate device inventory, repairs, warranties, and lifecycle management.
• Provide operational support for classroom AV systems and conferencing equipment.
• Assist with setup for lessons, meetings, events, and assemblies.
• Maintain documentation of systems, devices, licences, warranties, and vendor activity.
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, and AV support.
• Support continuity planning, system security, and incident response per policies.
• Collaborate with Academic, Admissions, HR, Finance and Operations teams on digital needs.
• Assist with reporting, operations, and technology projects across the organisation.
• Ensure safeguarding, data protection, confidentiality, and acceptable use policies.
