Job summary

Maximus KSA seeks an IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to ensure availability, security, and performance of its enterprise IT environment across on‑premises and cloud.

You will lead LAN/WAN, core hosting services, virtualization, storage, backups, and security controls, with ISO 27001 alignment and strong stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in IT infrastructure, MCSE/VMware certifications preferred, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MCSE, VMware or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure and networking in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Support and maintain core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.
• Manage infrastructure operations: servers, virtualization, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi‑Fi, DR.
• Monitor performance, availability, and capacity to ensure services meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot network issues and performance bottlenecks; resolve outages quickly.
• Ensure platforms stay secure, supported, and up to date with maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain architecture docs, asset inventories, configurations, and records.
• Identify risks and vulnerabilities; implement mitigations.
• Support IT projects with infrastructure expertise and solutions.
• Align infrastructure with ISO 27001 standards and security requirements.
• Produce regular reports and maintain architecture diagrams.

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst to join our growing team and play a critical role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our enterprise IT environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our infrastructure landscape across on-premises and cloud environments, while helping drive technology improvements, security compliance, and operational excellence.

As our IT Infrastructure & Network Analyst, you will:

• Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, cloud, and on-premises environments.
• Support and maintain core application hosting services and enterprise connectivity.
• Manage infrastructure operations, including servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backups, networking, firewalls, telephony, internet services, Wi‑Fi, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, outages, and performance bottlenecks.
• Ensure infrastructure platforms remain secure, supported, and up to date through regular maintenance and upgrades.
• Maintain architecture documentation, asset inventories, configurations, and technical records.
• Identify infrastructure risks and vulnerabilities and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Support IT projects and initiatives by providing technical expertise and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure infrastructure and technology solutions align with ISO 27001 standards and organizational security requirements.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE, VMware, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Technical Expertise

Strong hands‑on experience with:

• Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Domain Management.
• Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration.
• Azure AD and cloud‑based services.
• VMware virtualization technologies.
• Firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies, and network security.
• Data center operations and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Storage, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.
• IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN, and connectivity services.
• Information security controls and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills.
