Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 3–5 phone advisors to meet sales targets.
• Manage advisory sales journey from lead to policy issuance.
• Drive conversion rates, premium performance and lead timely follow‑ups.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Develop call scripts, handling guides, and product briefs.
• Provide performance updates and market feedback to management.
