Job summary

Tameeni is expanding its Corporate Insurance sales team in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to grow a portfolio across health, motor, and commercial lines and own the end-to-end client engagement from prospecting to broker handover.

You will build relationships with corporate and SME clients, negotiate terms, and collaborate with placement and technical teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions, maintaining strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance or related field.
Insurance Foundation Certificate (IFCE) or equivalent.
CII or comparable professional qualification preferred.
4–7 years of experience in insurance sales or insurance broking, preferably within corporate or SME.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a target list of prospective corporate and SME clients across health, motor, and commercial insurance lines.
Own the business development cycle from prospecting through closing.
Work closely with placement, actuarial, claims and technical teams to develop solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM with opportunities, next actions and forecasts.
