Job summary

ExeQut is seeking a Saudi Network Engineer to design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure onsite in Riyadh. The role focuses on high availability, security, and performance for LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and security systems integral to business operations.

The ideal candidate holds a IT/CS degree and 3–5 years in desktop support, with strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in End User / Desktop Support.
• Must be Saudi National.
• Solid experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 support.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID fundamentals.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Basic knowledge of endpoint security/EDR solutions.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, applications, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and software.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access using Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Support endpoint security, antivirus/EDR, encryption, and device compliance.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate repairs/replacements.
• Create, update, and close incidents and service requests in the ITSM/ticketing system.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Maintain IT asset and hardware inventory.
• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure, network, security, or application teams.
• Prepare basic technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
• Follow IT security policies, procedures, and SLA requirements.
