Job summary

Egis is seeking a detail-oriented Stakeholder Management Officer to join our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia team. You will build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across organizational levels.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in stakeholder management or similar corporate role.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities across diverse groups.
Organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with objectives.
Identify, map, analyze stakeholders and assess influence.
Serve as primary contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, forums, and events with logistics.
Create and maintain stakeholder databases and relationship records.
Prepare reports and presentations on engagement activities for leadership.
Facilitate inter-departmental communication to resolve conflicts and align goals.
Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and drive improvements based on feedback.
Ensure compliance with policies and local regulations in all activities.
