Qualifications

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and professionally-minded Stakeholder Management Officer to join our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi National to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison, ensuring effective communication, coordinating stakeholder engagement initiatives, and facilitating collaborative partnerships across all organizational levels.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies that align with organizational objectives and foster long-term relationships
  • Identify, analyze, and map key stakeholders across the organization, assessing their interests, influence, and impact on business operations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Coordinate and organize stakeholder meetings, forums, and engagement events, managing logistics and documentation
  • Create and maintain detailed stakeholder databases and relationship records, utilizing appropriate tools and systems to track interactions and outcomes
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on stakeholder engagement activities, highlighting key insights and recommendations for organizational leadership
  • Facilitate communication between different departments and external partners to resolve conflicts and align on shared objectives
  • Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and engagement levels, implementing improvements based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations in all stakeholder management activities
Qualifications

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, relationship management, or similar corporate role (minimum 5 years)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse groups
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities with capacity to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems or stakeholder management software
  • Ability to analyze stakeholder needs and develop customized engagement approaches
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in the Saudi Arabian business environment or with local regulatory frameworks
  • Knowledge of cultural practices and business etiquette relevant to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Experience managing stakeholders on large-scale projects or organizational initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Presentation and public speaking experience
