Job summary

SDG Arabia PMO is seeking a Saudi National Program Manager to lead and oversee our delivery portfolio in Business Strategy and Data Analytics. This role sits at the heart of our expansion in the Kingdom and offers the chance to shape high-impact, data-driven programs aligned with Vision 2030.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, govern portfolios, and mentor project managers, partnering with Saudi clients and government entities to deliver measurable strategic outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience in Business Strategy and Data Analytics programs.
• PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SDG’s programs in KSA focusing on Business Strategy and Data Analytics.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high quality.
• Build partnerships with Saudi clients and government entities to deliver measurable strategic outcomes.
• Govern portfolio performance, budgets, timelines and risks with full accountability.
• Lead and mentor project managers and delivery teams for scalable growth in the Kingdom.
• Support development of local PMO governance standards aligned with global best practices.
