Agility Logistics in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior project manager to centralize pipeline tracking across its diverse operations, bridging government engagements and execution. You will maintain a single source of truth and manage complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
• 6-8 years of project management experience, preferably within a conglomerate, consulting firm, or logistics/infrastructure sector.
• Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the KSA business landscape and the Vision 2030 framework.
• Familiarity with the working styles of Saudi government ministries and working in international organizations is essential.
• Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic is required to navigate government documentation and internal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Build and rigorously maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker via Power BI or Excel.
• Monitor status, ownership, timelines and dependencies for all regional projects.
• Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Track engagements with key KSA entities.
• Document next actions and ensure no follow-up is missed.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly leadership updates and dashboards translating data into insights for executives.
• Operational Accountability: Follow up with Operating Companies to ensure deadlines are met.
• Act as the primary enforcer of project timelines.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively flag delays, bottlenecks, or risks before impact.
• Knowledge Management: Ensure continuity of project data and relationships during priority shifts.

Job Responsibilities

• Pipeline amp Opportunity Management Build and rigorously maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker via Power BI or Excel.
• Monitor the status ownership timelines and dependencies for all regional projects.
• Stakeholder amp Government Liaison Track engagements with key KSA entities.
