Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea in Saudi Arabia seeks an Executive (Saudi National Talent) – Human Resources to join the HR team. The role focuses on supporting colleagues, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliant employee records.

The position also drives engagement events, recognition programs, and CSR initiatives while coordinating department meetings and communications with leadership across the property.

Qualifications

• 2 years of administrative experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft programmes
• Experience working in the Middle East
• Bachelor degree in Hospitality or HR preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist colleagues with queries, requests, and employment discussions
• Serve as the primary contact for department colleagues
• Prepare letters, contracts, certificates, and coordinate documents
• Ensure employee files are audit-worthy and maintain stock levels
• Drive colleague engagement events and CSR initiatives
• Coordinate monthly departmental meetings with heads of departments
