Tiqmo is seeking a Saudi Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal advice and governance support to the Company. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, risk management, and corporate governance within the financial sector.

The candidate will manage Board meetings, minutes, and governance disclosures, while coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders. Fluency in Arabic and English, and strong drafting skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; LLM preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong drafting and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, contractual and governance matters.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or regulated environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic legal advice and support to management on regulatory compliance, governance, contract interpretation and risk management.
• Review, draft and negotiate agreements and other legal documents to protect Tiqmo’s interests.
• Identify legal risks and provide mitigation measures; coordinate with external counsel as needed.
• Manage Board governance duties including meetings, minutes, records, and disclosures.
• Maintain board records and governance documentation in accordance with laws and board framework.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
• Support governance compliance and disclosure requirements for Board and management.
• Train employees on legal and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new products and initiatives.
• Monitor implementation of Board recommendations and resolutions.
