Responsibilities include managing complex legal matters, leading the in-house legal team, and acting as the primary advisor to the Board. Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law.
• Proven track record in managing complex legal matters and transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance to the Board and senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks across the business.
• Oversee compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Establish and enforce internal legal policies.
• Lead and mentor the in-house legal team.
• Act as a liaison with regulators and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review Board documentation.
