Job summary

Confidential Government is seeking a Saudi Project Manager with a strong technical background in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) projects to lead initiatives in Riyadh. The role demands overseeing scope, schedules, resources, procurement, testing, commissioning, quality, and HSE activities to ensure timely handover.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering and 5–10 years of relevant PM experience, with proficiency in Primavera P6 or

Qualifications

• bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation project management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power, instrumentation, control systems, DCS/PLC, and testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and control E&I activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, schedules, resources, manpower plans, budgets, and cost control.
• Review and coordinate electrical and instrumentation engineering deliverables, including SLDs, cable schedules, load lists, loop diagrams, and control system architecture.
• Oversee procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, quality, and HSE activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and handover.
