Job summary

Iquest Management Consultants in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead end-to-end project execution from handover through engineering, procurement, production, inspection, FAT, documentation and final delivery. You will ensure compliance with customer specs, quality requirements and schedules.

The role requires reviewing POs, specs and drawings, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and driving timely project execution while adhering to QHSE standards and industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant project engineering/execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from order handover to final delivery and close-out.
• Review POs, technical specifications, drawings, datasheets and project requirements.
• Coordinate engineering activities including drawings, BOMs, technical submittals and customer approvals.
• Coordinate with customers, consultants and internal teams to resolve technical queries and ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, identify delays and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate FATs, inspections and final project documentation.

Job description

The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of assigned projects from order handover through engineering procurement production inspection FAT documentation and final delivery ensuring compliance with customer specifications quality requirements and committed schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from order handover to final delivery and close-out
• Review POs technical specifications drawings datasheets and project requirements
• Coordinate engineering activities including drawings BOMs technical submittals and customer approvals
• Coordinate with customers consultants and internal teams to resolve technical queries and ensure timely project execution
• Work closely with Production Procurement Quality and Logistics to ensure materials manufacturing and deliveries meet project schedules
• Manage projects involving Junction Boxes Local Control Stations Distribution Control Panels and customized enclosure solutions including hazardous-area applications
• Monitor project schedules identify potential delays risks and initiate necessary corrective actions
• Coordinate FATs customer third-party inspections and final project documentation
• Support projects for Saudi Aramco SABIC EPC contractors and other major industrial customers
• Monitor project scope and variations and highlight technical or commercial impacts to management
• Maintain effective customer communication and ensure timely resolution of projectrelated issues
• Ensure compliance with PMSA s Quality Health Safety and Environmental requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant project engineering/execution experience, preferably within Oil & Gas Petrochemical Electrical/Instrumentation EPC or Industrial Manufacturing
• Experience with Saudi Aramco SABIC EPC contractors or major industrial customers is highly preferred
• Knowledge of industrial enclosures, Junction Boxes, Control Panels and IECEx/ATEX/Ex e/Ex d hazardous-area applications is an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing coordination, FAT/inspection and project documentation
• Saudi Council of Engineers registration preferred.
