Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related discipline.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of project management experience within Schneider Electric solutions and Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, contracts, and customer-facing project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout from kickoff to final acceptance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, installation, commissioning, and service teams.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Manage project scope, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Track costs, revenue, and profitability; ensure milestones are met on time.
• Plan and optimize project resources; secure required resources.
