Job summary

Asmacs is seeking a Construction Manager (E&I) with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control and at least 15 years of Oil & Gas construction experience. The candidate should have 5+ years as Construction Manager on Saudi Aramco projects, strong E&I and LSTK/EPC experience, and a track record in brownfield, shutdowns, tie-ins, and pre-commissioning.

Applicant must demonstrate leadership, coordination, and excellent communication skills, with providers of SAP/QA/QC compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control or related engineering field.
• Minimum 15 years Oil & Gas construction experience, including at least 5 years as Construction Manager on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong experience in E&I construction and LSTK/EPC project execution.
• Experience in brownfield projects, shutdowns/turnarounds, piping tie-ins, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, HSE and QA/QC requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction teams, subcontractors, schedules, and site interfaces.
• Oversee brownfield projects, shutdowns/turnarounds, and piping tie-ins, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, HSE and QA/QC requirements, and tight interfaces with the client and project stakeholders.

Proven experience in brownfield projects, shutdown/turnaround, Piping tie-ins, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.

Control System Upgrade/Migration project experience will be an added advantage, particularly DCS/ESD/VMS/BMS upgrade and cutover activities.
