Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• 7+ years of combined experience across product management and growth in insurance.
• Experience at an insurer, broker, bank, or Insurtech in KSA or GCC.
• Background in partnership-led growth and pre-PMF experience.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to scale.
• Conduct direct customer discovery through interviews and surveys.
• Develop SME, importer, and B2B customer insights for Marine insurance.
• Identify friction points and translate insights into UX improvements.
• Lead product pivots and iterations for market traction.
• Define requirements, journeys, and go-to-market hypotheses.
• Collaborate with tech and design to deliver scalable digital experiences.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with commercial goals.
• Own growth funnel metrics: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, revenue.
