Nextwo Co. is seeking a world-class leader to head Digital Insurance & InsurTech in Saudi Arabia. You will shape the strategy, build and scale a cutting-edge digital insurance brokerage platform, and drive partnerships with insurers, brokers, and tech providers to grow revenue and market share.

You will connect insurance, digital distribution and business development to deliver customer-centric, scalable digital insurance solutions and create a thriving InsurTech ecosystem within the company.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of insurance products, digital distribution and customer journeys.
Experience with digital insurance platforms, insurance tech or digital products.
Background in building, operating and scaling insurtech-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead the Digital Insurance & InsurTech strategy.
Develop and scale the digital insurance brokerage platform.
Identify and develop new digital insurance products, services and channels.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with insurers, brokers, tech providers and ecosystem partners.
Drive business development, revenue growth and market expansion.
Translate market needs into digital insurance products and platform capabilities.
Oversee end-to-end digital insurance customer journeys and optimize experience.
Identify opportunities for automation and digital distribution.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across business, insurance, product, tech and operations.
Monitor market trends and emerging InsurTech opportunities.
